  1. I really liked your advice about opening the irrigation system to see if it is in good working condition and fix it if in case there is something wrong. If that is true, then it is best if I called a professional to fix it along with the hardscape that it damaged. Apparently, the water seeped through somewhere it is not supposed to go and wreaked havoc.
